Information and advice, personal support, referral and advocacy
We are available to help you on weekdays at our Community Hub at 38 Mabel St premises to have a chat and a cuppa and take a flyer with information on a variety of issues. If you need more assistance than that, we have helpful, trained Personal Support volunteers who will spend time listening to you to understand your situation. They will provide you with tailored support for your particular circumstances including information, advice, skills, support and referrals if required and can talk to other organisations on your behalf.
We can also help you to work out what you are spending your money on so that you can identify potential areas to cut back on. In some instances CST may also be able to provide material or financial assistance because something unexpected has happened which has affected your finances.
Advocacy and Personal Support
If you need someone to advocate for you or provide one-on-one personal support, CST has someone who can help.
